Who is this for?
Everyone is welcome.
Based on our personal experiences, we have a special connection with families that include a member living with a medical or mental health condition.
We recognize the challenges, the questions, and the worries, but also the resilience, love, and beautiful moments that come with them.
Whether you’re facing challenges yourself, looking for support, seeking practical tips, or simply seeking recognition in someone else’s story:
You’re welcome. Just as you are.
Mission and Vision
Through our blog, we share the story of our daughter Lanah, who lives and travels with a progressive muscle disease.
Through our experiences, we want to inspire, connect, and show that, alongside the challenges, there is also room for beautiful moments, growth, and adventure. We want to contribute to greater awareness, recognition, and acceptance for families who deal with extra care, uncertainties, and challenges on a daily basis.
I don’t believe our families are any different from the people around us. We’re simply walking our own path.
A path that’s sometimes steep and challenging, with unexpected turns and deep valleys. But also a path where beautiful encounters, small victories, and breathtaking views await us.
Sometimes we need someone to walk alongside us for a while.
Not to map out the path ahead, but to remind us that we don’t have to walk it alone. 💛
Who am I?
Kylie, nice to meet you!
Mom to Lanah, wife, nurse, manager, DIYer, music lover, adventurer, nature lover, blogger, and holistic coach/mentor—or, in other words, your “travel companion on your journey.”
I believe that body, mind, emotions, energy, and environment are constantly interconnected and influence one another.
That’s why I look not only at the challenges we face, but also at what gives us energy, what throws us off balance, and what’s needed to find more peace, confidence, and resilience in daily life.
I love authenticity, meaningful conversations, and those little moments of happiness that can make a big difference.
I believe in the strength that is already within people, even when they themselves can’t feel it for a moment.
Not perfect, but real, sincere, down-to-earth, and emotionally attuned,
with attention to everything that isn’t visible on the surface.
This is how I live my life, and this is how we live our lives within our family.
This is how I am allowed to BE, and this is how we are allowed to BE in our family.
How can I help you?
Sometimes it’s already valuable to be able to unburden your heart to someone who understands what it feels like to care,
to carry the weight, and at the same time try to be strong.
You’re welcome here if you want to learn to deal with stress, anxiety, or uncertainty in a different way.
If you want to reconnect with yourself, experience more confidence, or rediscover your own strength.
If you long for more peace, more balance, or simply some breathing room in a life that often demands a lot from you.
You can also come to me for practical travel advice.
Whether you’re traveling by car, train, or plane, I’d be happy to help you explore what’s possible for your family and situation.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
Every family has its own story, challenges, and needs.
That’s why I offer personalized support, focusing on who you are and what you need.
In my coaching, I look at you as a whole person. Not just at what’s difficult, but also at your strengths, your desires, your beliefs, and everything that makes you who you are. With a focus on both practical tools and intuitively sensing what’s needed, so that space is created for more peace, trust, and connection with yourself, and so that you can make choices that truly fit you and your life.
Real change happens when there is room for both the head and the heart. That’s why I don’t work with a standard approach or fixed methods, but offer coaching that aligns with your story, your pace, and your needs.
A place where you can pause, feel, grow, and discover what works for you.
And if you just want to read along, find inspiration, and enjoy our adventures? Then you’ve come to the right place.
